Refund policy


We hope you love your order, but if there’s an issue, our team is here to help.

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@gemsofnature.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We’ll be happy to investigate and offer a suitable resolution—either a refund or replacement depending on the nature of the issue.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unwanted products.

All return requests must meet the following criteria:

  • Contact must be made within 3 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

International Orders

We currently do not accept returns on international orders unless the item arrives damaged. In such cases, the process above applies—contact us within 3 days of receipt with proof of damage.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier. If you live in an area where packages are left unattended, we recommend choosing tracked and signed delivery.
